Order Acceptance Policy
We only accept the Payment of Orders made in Indian currency and deliver the goods within the states of India. We also accept orders from computer dealers, channel partners, wholesalers and other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Tanisha Infotech.
Typographical / Pricing Errors
In case of any typographical error or any human mistake from our side or the supplier regarding the price, availability and information on the product displayed on our website, then Tanisha Infotech has the right to cancel the order In the event of such mistake whether or not the order has been confirmed and even after the receipt of payment by your side. Tanisha Infotech will transfer all the funds back through cheque as early depending upon the working hours of the bank. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase in this situation, Tanisha Infotech shall issue a credit to your credit card account as per the terms and conditions of our credit card acceptance bank.
Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects
Every product you buy from Tanisha Infotech is a brand new product with the original packing seal of the manufacturer. In the event that you find any physical damage at the time of delivery through the courier, we recommend you not accept the goods and return it back to the courier company. If the hardware is confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or Tanisha Infotech then it would either be exchanged with a new piece as per the availability from the supplier. However, we will not be able to change the product or refund the funds. We once again recommend to you to check the condition of the product before signing the acknowledged receipt of “Goods delivered in good condition” of the courier company. As per the manufacturers policy for some goods, once the package is opened then we would not be able to accept any returns or exchange for the same. Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
There are no other warranties or conditions respecting the equipment except the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty unless stated explicitly.
Total Time for Delivery
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This may vary from one item to the other. This could range from 24 hours to 7 days for in-stock items.
